Our Standard Studio is a flexible photography and content creation space designed for portraits, branding sessions, product shoots, and creative projects. Featuring a professional backdrop system and open shooting area, this studio provides a clean, controlled environment for photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Whether you're capturing headshots, family portraits, maternity sessions, or social media content, this space offers everything you need to execute efficiently.

Studio Booking Cancellation & Late Policy
Booking Confirmation
All studio rentals require full payment at the time of booking. Your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you once payment is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Because studio time blocks other potential clients from booking, we strictly enforce this policy.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your booking are not guaranteed and may incur a rebooking fee.
Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.
Late Arrival Policy
Your rental time begins at your scheduled booking time, not your arrival time.
Late arrivals do not extend the rental period.
Overtime will be billed at $75 per hour and must be approved based on availability.
Partial hours may be rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.
If no extension is arranged and your session exceeds your booking time, overtime charges will be applied automatically.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow for setup and preparation.
Damage & Cleaning Responsibility
Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition it was found.
Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Clients are fully responsible for the conduct and safety of all individuals associated with their booking, including guests, children, vendors, and attendees. Any damage caused to studio equipment, cyc walls, backdrops, furniture, fixtures, props, flooring, or other property may result in repair or replacement charges of up to $3,000, in addition to fees related to cleaning, studio downtime, lost bookings, or business interruption.
Equipment & Add-Ons
Additional equipment must be requested prior to your booking to ensure availability. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests.
Website Liability Waiver Verbiage
By booking or using the studio, all clients, guests, attendees, vendors, and participants acknowledge and agree that use of the premises is at their own risk. The studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, theft, loss, damage to personal property, or other claims arising from the use of the studio space, equipment, parking areas, or surrounding property.
By completing a booking, entering the premises, or participating in any event or production within the studio, the client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the studio and its representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from use of the space.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service, terminate bookings, or remove individuals from the premises for unsafe behavior, policy violations, illegal activity, excessive disruption, or misuse of the facility without refund.
