Featuring a professional backdrop system and open shooting area, this studio provides a clean, controlled environment for photographers, videographers, and content creators.

Studio Booking Cancellation & Late Policy

Booking Confirmation

All studio rentals require full payment at the time of booking. Your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you once payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Because studio time blocks other potential clients from booking, we strictly enforce this policy.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your booking are not guaranteed and may incur a rebooking fee.

Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.

Late Arrival Policy

Your rental time begins at your scheduled booking time, not your arrival time.

Late arrivals do not extend the rental period.

Overtime will be billed at $130 per hour and must be approved based on availability.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow for setup and preparation.

Overtime is subject to availability.

Overtime is billed at $130 per hour.

Partial hours may be rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.

If no extension is arranged and your session exceeds your booking time, overtime charges will be applied automatically.

Damage & Cleaning Responsibility

Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition it was found.

Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Any damage to equipment, cyc wall, backdrops, or property will be billed accordingly.

Equipment & Add-Ons

Additional equipment must be requested prior to your booking to ensure availability. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests.
